Meeting Rooms at the Due Drop Events Centre
We don’t just cater to large scale events, there are also a number of options for smaller groups at the Due Drop Events Centre. Whether you are after a small meeting room, a pre or post event hosting or a breakout space for a bigger event, we can offer a space to suit your requirements.
The Events Centre has three smaller venue spaces available, the Carter Holt Harvey Rooms, the Panasonic Suites and the Bayleys Boardroom.
If you are after something a little bit different, you can head over to Vector Wero Whitewater Park, where within the Momentum Hub we have another small meeting room available, the Whitewater Boardroom.
Carter Holt Harvey Room
Carter Holt Harvey Room is located on the first level of the Due Drop Events Centre and is approximately 149 sqm. This room can accompany 120 pax in theatre style or 48 pax in cabaret style. Alternatively, this space can be split into three smaller rooms and accompany 20 pax in both banquet style or classroom style setups.
The Carter Holt Harvey Room is the perfect size for a small meeting, to utilize as a breakout space for a bigger conference or to use as a staff room for a large event.

Panasonic Suites
The Panasonic Suites are located on the second floor of the Due Drop Events Centre and overlook the Sir Woolf Fisher Arena, however, this can be curtained off to avoid distractions if required. This space is approximately 163 sqm and can accommodate 150 in theatre style or 210 in cocktail set up.
The Panasonic Suites can also be split into three smaller meeting rooms, each room would suit either 20 pax in classroom set up or 30 pax in banquet style.
The Panasonic Suites can be used for small meetings or as a breakout space during a large conference.

Boardroom
The Boardroom has recently undergone a facelift and is the perfect space for a quick board meeting or team catch up with floor to ceiling windows allowing ample natural lighting to get you through the day. Bayleys Boardroom covers 50 sqm of space and can accommodate 10 pax in boardroom style and up to 20 pax comfortably in a more relaxed casual set up.
Located on the first floor of the Due Drop Events Centre, the walls of the boardroom can be removed to allow direct access to the BNZ Theatre. This space can be utilized as a pre or post-show VIP function area for events being held in the theatre, perfect for a few drinks and nibbles before settling in for a show.

Whitewater Boardroom
If you are after a unique venue for your next meeting, then look no further. The Whitewater Boardroom is located within the Momentum Hub and overlooks the state-of-the-art facility, Vector Wero Whitewater Park. The boardroom is suitable for small groups in theatre, boardroom, classroom or even u-shape setups.
