Pay with the Inugo App

We have made the switch! We have made parking easy for you at The Due Drop Events Centre with the app Inugo. All you need to do is download the Inugo app from the App Store or Google Play, open it up and Inugo will recognise you have arrived. You will then have the option to select your timeframe, enter your license plate and start parking. We no longer use Pay and Display machines so make sure you download Inugo to make your arrival easy. To read more, click here.

How to Use the Inugo App

There are two ways for a user to sign up for Inugo; manual account registration via the app or registering through Facebook. 

 

Paying for Parking

To pay for your parking, you just need to enter your credit card details in the app. To do this; select Credit Card under the menu bar. Next, enter your credit card information and click Save in the upper right-hand corner. Please enter your license plate in the app before starting a parking session. Select Registration Plates under the menu in the app. This will allow our car park wardens to verify your payment during parking enforcement by running your license plate. Parking rates are $4.50 for the first hour including credit card fee, and 50c per hour thereafter.

 

Parking Sessions

When you arrive, start a parking session. This screen will show automatically when you arrive at the venue. Remember to end your parking session when you get back to your car! Simply click Show parking options and tap the big red button to end your parking session.

 

Support

For in-app related support issues, users can contact Inugo support via the app. To contact supper to report an issue, open the menu bar and select Help on the bottom portion of the screen and then click Contact Us. For general feedback, enter your comments in the text box and click Send. For urgent enquiries, click support@inugo.com. This will generate an email for you to contact Inugo. Enter your support issue here and Inugo support will contact you ASAP.
